Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in metal, plastic, rubber, auto parts, and vehicle components. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, compliance with standards, and process improvements across OEM and supplier operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for metal, plastic, rubber, and automotive components.
- Perform inspection, testing, and validation of incoming materials and finished products.
- Analyze defects and non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and certifications.
- Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct supplier audits and process audits to ensure compliance with OEM standards.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for reporting, documentation, and process optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO/TS standards, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of metal, plastic, and rubber manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and drive improvements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
