Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to oversee end-to-end operations and project execution in OEM, auto parts, and vehicle manufacturing industries. The candidate will ensure smooth production, timely project delivery, process optimization, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects and operational activities across manufacturing and supply chain units.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and process efficiency.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for management.
- Handle vendor and supplier coordination for project-related materials and services.
- Implement best practices and process improvements across operations.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for reporting, planning, and documentation support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of operations management, project planning, and execution in OEM, auto parts, and vehicle industries.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, supply chain processes, and production planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive operational improvements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, or similar).
