Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead and manage maintenance operations across press shops, machine shops, and automated production lines in OEM, auto parts, and vehicle manufacturing industries. The candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage press shop, machine shop, and automation systems efficiently.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards, and production targets.
- Lead a team of technicians, engineers, and operators for smooth operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for timely spare parts and maintenance support.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in industrial maintenance, press shops, machine shops, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and equipment reliability.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations, industrial standards, and process optimization.
