Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage human resources operations in Auto, OEM, and MNC companies. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance, supporting organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Auto / OEM / MNC sectors.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and engagement programs.
- Manage performance appraisals, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records, payroll, and HR reporting.
- Resolve employee relations issues and grievances effectively.
- Support strategic workforce planning in alignment with business goals.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for HR documentation, reporting, and automation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices in the Auto / OEM / MNC sector.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing and corporate environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
