Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with experience in private banking operations. The candidate will manage customer accounts, banking transactions, and client relationship management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and banking transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure accuracy in account management and timely resolution of queries.
- Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and documentation.
- Collaborate with branch teams for operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with banking guidelines and internal processes.
- Generate reports and maintain records for management review.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of banking operations, account management, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
