Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven experience in auto component / metal machine sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing dealership networks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of auto components and metal machine products in the Pune region.
- Manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to meet business targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (Production, Accounts, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of auto components, metal parts, and industrial machines.
- Proven track record in dealership management and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Education: B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial) or MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 3–7 years in Auto Component / Machine Sales.
